TOPIC: Photos disappearing

The loss of photos discussed in this thread never included any loss of comments.  Not to be simplistic, but the question has to be asked, are you certain you properly saved the file and didn't accidentally click "Save Template"? 

When you click on generate report, The first thing it ask you to do is save the file. Yes, I did save the file at the prompt.

Comments from the report are still in place, but the photo edit page and all the comment selections included with them are gone.

Actually, when you click on "Generate Report" it only has you save the generated PDF, not the client data file(HZF File) which has all the comments and photos. ? There is a prompt when you close the program to save the client data file, did you save at that prompt? ? Again, I apologize for the simplicity of the questions, I have no idea how extensive your usage of the program is and the obvious questions have to be ruled out first.

Ahh, that sounds more familiar.

I have done a lot of inspections with HIP, this is the first time it has happened and it concerned me because if I had not saved the first report, I would have had to have gone through 150 pictures and reselected again-time I would not have had.
