I bought a condo in Laguna Niguel by the golf course in 2005 for $438K.  That same condo is now selling for $240K.  Keep in mind, as the U.S. Economy becomes more and more socialized by the government, the chances of property ever reaching those historic highs is doubtfull if not impossible.

Laguna Niguel, is to high dollar for me Will, very nice area nice weather.

If you haven't been to "Coto De Caza" before.  Wait till you check out the properties in this place.  General William Lyon who owns Lyon Homes has a 20,000'sf property in there.  I've inspected serveral over 10,000'sf inside the gates. There's even an estate that has a train which is allowed to operate around the property eight times a year.

Nice very nice Like Palm Desert I was one of the Inspectors on a 16,800 sq ft home it had Moisture issues it took us 8 hrs to do the complete house we went over ever square inch of it. Only thing Palm Desert to Hot. well this will be nice a big change from the REO properties I have been inspecting.

Will, this is unbelievable a train that is as big as the city of Riverside has at Hunter park. Looking at the pic it looks much nicer..
