Will, when you click the email link on his site are you just ending up with outlook opening?

I'm on a laptop using a hotel server when trying to open his email link on the message board.  It won't allow me access to my normal email client and I didn't have his email with me.

With regard to website contact link features.  As a consumer I absolutely hate it when I have to fill out a form to simply communicate with a possible vendor.  In Louie's case, you must enter a code to allow the form to be transmitted.  I entered a "non" capital letter in the code which kicked me back to the form.  I then entered the correct code, but got kicked back to the form because I didn't enter my phone number.  I've tried these contact systems in the past and believe they actually drive contacts away from my site rather than to me.

For example:

Go to progressiveinspection.com click on my "Contact Information" email link in the middle of my home page.  It opens to an email window ready to go.  No hassle, no forms, etc...  "Simple"

Hey Louie;

Have you thought about changing the contact email format on your website.  It's way to time consuming.  I should be able to just shoot you an email.  I've tried to get through it twice, with no success.  Many prospective clients will simply move on if they find it difficult.  I'm on the road and don't have your email.  Can you shoot me an email, I've got another couple of prospects for you.

Will, I changed the contact us link to a new page with just a straight e mail link and phone and fax I am going to see if I can make a  new form to fill out something a less trying. I will just keep the book a inspection form for just that after looking it over it is a little to much..

Don't worry about spam, if the spammers want your email address they'll find it anyway.  This will help to ensure that possible clients don't get caught up in your efforts to prevent unwanted spam...  You have a great website by the way, very nice....

Will, I called all the prospective clients two had already booked someone two I  talked to said they will call back and the other two never returned the phone call.

I had six more call in today, (4) price shoppers who told me my price structure was "Crazy" and (2) which in my opinion are looking for a quality inspection and I was able to keep and schedule.  Some of these clients call in wanting an inspection same day, who can do that?

Will, True I had one call today and 3 yesterday same thing price shoppers or they want everything right there and then..

well I have one Friday,one Saturday and one Sunday..
