Will,it's been a long time I since I had that many day after day last time was in April..

Help is on the way!  In July alone, another 360,000 foreclosures.  The banks are sitting on millions of NOD's and have a very large shadow inventory of REO's as well.  No need to sugar coat this stuff, the housing industry is no where near recovery, that's just a bunch of government spin.  We need to position ourselves for another round of foreclosure/REO sales activity.  We'll be seeing more and more of these buyers wanting same day inspections as the banks are giving them only 5-7 days to remove contingencies.  Good news for us is, if you hook up with these clients, many times they'll have you inspect multiple properties as they have multiple offers out as well.

You gotta love life in the Real Estate Biz....

I agree Will, I am slammed right now, there coming out of the wood work wanting same day or next day inspections. I only do that for my best realtors.

Will, that sounds good for us a far as work, but sucks for everything else. It is dead in Hemet I see vacant homes all over the valley that have been sitting for months I did some checking most are not listed yet have no Real Estate signs on them. Most of my inspections lately have been out of town the travel is no big deal but these homes are just setting empty..

The banks are sitting on these homes in hopes of stopping the market from falling further.  It's going to no matter what they do.  They're just delaying the inevitable....
