What works good in one area or for one HI may not work for others or in other areas, that is why it is good to exchange ideas here. I have tried the printed materials fliers, brochures, business cards leaving them in Real Estate offices the results have been poor. Now giving printed Materials to a client I have gotten work that way they refer me to a friend or family member. I have picked up a few Inspections from dropping by a Open House and leaving printed materials. Zillow.com, National Relocation & Trulia work ok. I have paid for better or higher placement on a few Inspection directories and that so far has been a waste of money.

I am hopeing that I might stand out above the rest with my material. Small area here and if it helps, the volume will offset the time I put into it. 

Marcel nice brochures did you design them?

Is that the nook your wife allows you Marcel?  

That's some good looking stuff.  I give my report and book in a large binder too.  I think client's like having something solid.  And no, I'm now worried about destroying the earth...  they can get it electronically too.  But everyone gets a binder.
