That isn't always possible Dom.  And here the agent can sign for the client and it holds up in court.  If the client is not present I have often sent the agreement to them to sign electronically and get it back to me.  That works well.  They don't get the report until I get the signed agreement.  Then I wait for the check...

The form looks nice Russ. I actually tried to create one last week but ran into loads of technical difficulties with my agreement. There is HTML code in my  contract that Notepad will not remove. I will just  keep doing the email and fax thing.

I just got up myself. I am always up at 4am. I have two, four year olds running around the house, so this time of day is when I get stuff done.

I'm with you man!  This is my time too.

Interesting article Jay. I don't remember if I made mention or not before, but I am an Eagle Scout. My board of review was in Feb. 1982.
I must admit though, it was my 2+ hour work commute that started me getting up early. I just take advantage of the time now.
