Good question Peter. I'm still pondering it all!

Can you add a "right-click" option to the caption box to bring up and editing box with all the bells and whistles as elsewhere in the report program?  Such as an "open to edit" option.

Yeah we tried the photos to the text edit (upgraded) but personally I get better pic thumbs with a split screen photo only PDF
and no matter how many sections I create there is always going to be a certain disconnect of text statements to the photo,but..
no matter how many canned narratives I add the bulk or majority will always be me picking location and short statement.
such as west side not functioning or right side top is loose .

The text side for me is mostly needed to click canned maintenance tips and canned get a pro recommendations.
The pro recommendations are decided from the numerous example of component issues which I use the photos for.

Pretty much the perfect world from my side would be to have double drop or like David said with added ability to pick caption as red or black.
Red would auto populate summary without the photo in the summary but keep it in the body.

Almost feel like creating a photo shop of it but perhaps thats going to far since I have no idea what limitations there are for the software.

HIP has two camps beyond Mobile and desktop fans.
There are the checklist typing text crowds and the lots of photos crowd.

HIP as Peter mentioned draws the photo crowd like bugs to a light.
