I would rely on your knowledge and expertise to make it happen. I just bring you the million $$$ ideas on a silver platter.

My wife is always telling me that she presents me with the concept of what she wants done and I am the implementer.

I am willing to bet that over 50% of inspectors prefer pictures for notes and I assumed this idea was to take place in the photo caption dropdown of the photo edit section.
This idea would be even beter if the photo captions became the comments [red-blue-black] so there is no reason to go backtrack and double report time.

HIP is photo centric yet seems backwards at times which increases report time.

Why can't my comment of a exterior wall opening under the picture go to the summary while instead I must go find it in my tabs and repeat the same comment all over again?

I tried a report once where I used the narrative for the caption also. I guess it was the redundancy that made the report look bad, but it wasn't good. I see that what you are talking about is a bit different than that, Bob.

I see HIP 4.0 with a new photo caption feature in the future!  ;D
