that is a great idea. I haven't used it but a friend of mine does. He sponsors one of the youth baseball teams, buys the jerseys or whatever. Says it's worth it, cuz dad is at every game and sees his businees name on the kids sleeve. Pricey, but may be worth a shot for some. I forget what number we're at here. One other option is county fairs in the summer time. Get a booth and have a box for a raffle. Raffle off gas or grocery money. |

With Dom's idea, how will you limit your liability? Who is the inspection performed for? The seller, which with my contract and report would indicate they are the only person(s) covered. A work around would be, if the buyer wanted a copy in their name, you would meet them at the property, go over the findings, have them sign a contract, pay you a partial inspection fee and you update the report info. It's like free, but different!
On a side note. Be very careful doing all your marketing to realtor's. Ultimately, you want your referrals to come from past clients and advertising such as home buyer fairs etc... There is a lot of information now in the media and on the web about clients not going with who their realtor recommends, to help avoid conflict of interest. Here is an e-mail program I have used in the past with good success, www.onletterhead.com . V/R. Rob |

Robert - I just checked out your Onletterhead link. Can you answer me --
1. How do you use it, as an introduction or for ongoing contact with a different message each 3 or 4 weeks? 2. Can you mass mail it? 3. Do you use it as a letter, with that as a sort of letterhead? 4. Does the price vary with use or do you pay an annual thing? Thanks, sorry for any additional work for you. You can get with me privately if that is easier. Jay |

Robert, I have already addressed this with my Attorney. When I get my agreements back from him I will post the language with regards to the complimentary sellers inspection. Since Inspections are an option and not mandatory (AAARRRRGGGGHHHH!!!!!!!) > the buyer can accept or reject your report and or get their own. It is getting your report (which is really your best advertisement) into perspective buyers hands.
