TOPIC: Two New Templates

Hey everyone, here are two templates I've been working on.  One is a short template and the other is a longer more detailed template.  The longer one is much like what I'm doing now but has much less clutter and hopefully laid out much better to help speed things up. I'm trying to do several things by having two templates:

1) Speed up my report generation time.
2) Make something easy to use for a small computer (when I get one).
3) Give my customers an option to choose from (short report at current price or more detailed report at a higher price)

The inspection process will remain the same for the two reports.

Essentially by shortening my report time, this will increase my $ per hour without increasing my $ per inspection.  Also, if they do choose the more detailed report, I will increase the $ for that inspection due to the better quality report they will be receiving.  I'm thinking of charging an extra $75 for the more detailed report.  I will test these out on some customers to see what they say also.

Also I'm thinking, with the short report I will only add pictures for items that are safety hazards (I will take pics of everything like I normally do).

Great! Thanks for posting your templates!

Please post a PDF sample of each report when you have a chance. The templates don't have the documents and a finished report gives a much better idea of what the template really looks like!

I will post some when I get a chance to make some.  Those templates are fresh of the line so I haven't had a chance to do anything with them yet.

The template has been posted.  I still have to post a sample report.

John, if you have 2 reports, one detailed and one I assume not detailed, would it affect your liability?
