Peter I dis-agree.
The mobile version of Android (sorry do not use apple products) is far superior for field reporting.

The desktop version does not have search as you type features nor are pictures slotted as you take them.
Despite my comments it is fantastic.

Having tried all methods and I can testify to the fact my only hope of on site is through mobile HIP.

My view is partially based on information gleamed from one of your previous post,

The above extract and other posts, gives me the impression that a zoom camera and a windows tablet is still the best option.

Having said that, I can see that the mobile HIP is possibly the future when the mobile software and hardware evolves. I want to jump in and start using android HIP, but feel that at this stage it maybe a step backwards, when compared to the streamlined and efficient workings of HIP on windows.
