TOPIC: I need help to individualize each bedroom and bathroom

I follow Bob's way, Interior is everything but Bathrooms and Kitchen, the drop down in Interior areas can be used to pinpoint the area for attention, living room, dining room, family room, den, recreation room, home office, media room, after a while you loose the client in all the drywall/plaster walls, dry at time of inspection. it becomes very repetitious, bedrooms are unique and as are bath rooms.

All I do is choose which bathroom I want to describe.

Yea I did it forgot to save it so I had to do it again but it works just as Dom said. I do inspections the same way I estimate my escrow and get ready for sale work. I look at every inch of every room so individual works best for an old dog like me.

Glad you got it working okay Gary. The flexibility is great as it lets the program fit each inspector and also allows them to differentiate themselves from each other, even when using the same program.

Don't feel bad I have done that that as well.  I now am in the practice of saving basically after adding or changing anything as i go.

One "heads up" here.  make sure the item you are copying is COMPLETE. Creating a bunch of copies only to have to "fix" each one is a real PITA.  Don't ask how I know this.
