2. Looking at the AVERAGE price per inspector in your area, what is their price per square foot:  I'd have to say 15 - 25 cents per sq ft.
3. How much extra for a crawlspace: No extra charge
4. How much extra for a pool: Not typically part of IL inspection-
5. How much extra for a radon inspection: Radon must be performed by licensed individual in IL- Typical cost is $175- $200 for a measurement with continuous monitors- sub it to me

6. How much extra for a termite inspectio n: not quite termite inspection, but will note in report if conditions or evidence exists- would sub to a licensed pest control licensee.

4. How much extra for a pool: It is not common here for Home Inspectors to offer pool inspections
