6. How much extra for a termite inspection: n/c but will recommend inspection is signs of termites are present.
7. How far are you willing to drive before charging extra: 50 Miles
8. How much would you charge to drive outside that range: .50 Cents per mile. Actual expenses if overnight is needed. Negotiable.

Attic as long as craw space is there is free
Craw space if room to craw easily is free
I don't do pool, but have some who will
I don't do roof inspection but have some one for $75.00
I don't do Radon
I don't do termite, have to have a license, if termites are spotted will not it on inspection, but will also recommended TERMITE INSPECTION
50 Mile and under is free, and thing over 50 , each mile is 1.00 a mile
If overnight is need Negotiable
