7. How much for mold testing?  We currently provide this service and priced at $75.00 for two test cartridge (minimum) and $25.00 for
   each additional cartidge required.
8. How far are you willing to drive before charging extra: 45 miles one way
9. How much would you charge to drive outside that range: 37c per mile

I can see that this is a really wonderful endeavour that you are trying to materialise. If this succeeds then I ma sure that everyone would be in a win-win situation and the rate of complaints would reduce significantly.

John, the project is being worked on for the entire country. Several banks are being worked with but we don't know which are accepting yet and hence which areas will be targetted more than others.
