Average price is .11 psf to 20 yrs, .15 psf over 20 yrs.

Termite requires license
I travel 30 miles and 1.50/mi after that

2. Looking at the AVERAGE price per inspector in your area, what is their price per square foot: $0.10 per square foot with a minimum of $200.00
3. How much extra for a crawlspace: Same price
4. How much extra for a pool: Don't know, never been asked to do one. Don't really have inground pools here.
5. How much extra for a radon inspection: Don't know, but I am ready to start training, Illinois requires it for radon testing, as well as licensing.
6. How much extra for a termite inspection: $100.00 and everybody here just uses the exterminators to do this, because of special licensing.
7. How far are you willing to drive before charging extra: 100 miles
8. How much would you charge to drive outside that range: $50.00 for up to 50 miles.
9. How much for mold testing?  We currently provide this service and priced at $150 for two test cartridge (minimum) and $50 for each additional cartidge required.
