Here is my info Dominic:

1, State of Arizona, Phoenix metro areas.
2, .14 cents per Sq. Ft up to 6000 Sq. Ft. over 6000 Sq. ft. is .18 per sq.ft.
3, we don't have crawl spaces and very few basements
4, Pool and spa inspections are $80 combined if full, if empty- not inspected.
5, no radon testing, we use a state licensed Termite Company and have negotiated a price of $60 for them to do our inspections. We basically do this as a convenience for the Agents.
6, no trip charge if within Phoenix surrounding areas. If we go to Tucson or Flagstaff it would be with a .50 mileage charge.

We have electronic key access to homes and don't need an agent to let us in or meet us. This is great for the agent and us, might consider this for the markets that have this option.
