Louie, you touched on a pretty good point. There is an overwhelming glut of agents, at least in my area. A few years ago, being an agent was as close to a get rich quick scheme as you could get. With housing prices sky high and sles up also agents (even bad ones) were living large. Now these agents are scrambling to get whatever they can even if it means dis-serving their clients. Maybe in time these agents true colors will show thru and they will be weeded out.

That is exactly right, it is their lack of ethics that people are eventually going to get sick of. I just hope it is sooner than later.
