No better up here Dennis, I charge more than most so that is why it is slow, but refuse to stoop down to their level.
Some will compare eventually with the cheapos, and relize they got what they paid for. 

yep same here , it's to bad they lower prices that much some cases $175.00 cheaper then me but licensing is here have to have one by January we will see what happens, some building going on though not everywhere when my mother was in the hospital couple weeks ago ran into a ole contractor friend been in business 25+ specialized in the fancy homes, had to sell backhoe & truck no work since July but they tell me it is getting better

Casey, lows here about 45 and dry so far they say it will be high in the lower 80's this weekend.
