Tony, that's not possible. PDF's are hard documents without formatting. Think of them like printed pieces of paper.

Just a quick thought or question. . .
Would it be a big deal, within the selection of "Item Separator" options to have a "blank" option? There are some sections I use this to build a statement and right now the different variables are separated by a comma. If I could get rid of the comma, it would clean the statement up some. By the way, I love the new "Note" and "Caption" features. Well they are new to me as I've just starting implementing them. |

I certainly could. Can you give me a few examples of how you're using it?

"Single Family Home, On a Crawl Space, With Detached Garage" I used to have the age and sq/ft added here too but have put them on the cover page instead.
"4. Weather Conditions Partly cloudy, Weather leading up to inspection was wet, Temperature at the time of inspection approximately, 70 degrees" "This house is built on a Crawl Space, With a Concrete Block stem wall" I could then with a few strategically places "and"s could make them flow like a sentence. . . But you get the idea. Naturally, some of these I would still use a comma but I could add them into the statement. |

Why not do this using the Lists feature? Seems like it would be much easier.

Summary page item - make the header of a section follow the section. For instance, my template/report has sections of Foundation, Exterior, Roof, Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Interiors, Appliances. Many times on the Summary page, the Exterior header is on one page but the first item is on the next page due to the length of the item. It would look much cleaner if the Exterior header started on the page with the first item in that section. Thanks.
