The moving of a comment from red to black was my idea a long time ago - man i blew it by not getting my wish in first!!! I am hoping that the the comments can, you know, go both ways. Anyway, also fix the RecallChek thing where the information auto-fills from the last inspection. Other people are having that problem also, right? As always, anxiously awaiting the 2 inspector merge thing.

Butch, I'm not sure what you're talking about with RecallChek. There's no issue like that which I know of. 2 inspector merge is in the beta section. I'm fixing a bug one of the guys found with pictures but you can test it out now.

Dom - you need a life!! Oh, HIP is your life!!
When I finish working on a report, then begin to work on the next report, the RecallChek info from the previous inspection has been filled into the new one. My other inspector is having the same issue so he usually just goes to RecallChek and fills it in manually, I play around and delete/erase and finally am able to get it to work. What am i doing wrong! Back to the tutorial video for me!!! |

How are you starting a new report? You should always close HIP between inspections as it clears out the used memory and helps things run faster.

Will do - thanks for heads up. It is always in the late afternoon when I am completing my report w/photo's on the desktop. Okay, i admit that i use a desktop to finish reports.
