Related to Eric's #6, the color controls being added to the black/red boxes would be nice. I repeatedly send the comments over to the black/red and then decide later to color some of them.

When I do a re-inspection (check of items after repairs are made), I like to color the summary page items based on repaired, not repaired, not agreed to be repaired (i.e. I did not look at it).  It would be awesome to double-click a red box item and change its color. 

Great list Eric! The last item you just mentioned has been added via the Advanced Coloring options. I'll add the rest to the to do.

We're talking about being able to change the color of a note after it has been moved to the red/black section.

We're a demanding bunch ain't we? You add the color controls and a few months later it's not enough for us.
