TOPIC: Integrating RecallChek

Did my first RecallChek through HIP and somehow the date of the inspection was posted as 1995 rather than 2013.  I noticed that my report date format is yy/mm/dd and recall format is dd/mm/yy.  How do I correct this so I do not have to go into to ReCallchek and correct the date?

Hmm, I guess the date program isn't switching it over to mm/dd/yy which is what RecallChek wants. I'll check into it!

I noticed that my Ipads date format in Client Info using dd/mm/yyyy, Hip collects the client info yyyy/mm/dd.  As you stated in another thread, reverse date is not supported.  So how do I change the format in my HIP template so that all the date formats are the same?

Go to Edit->Company Information. Remember that you can always adjust the date on HIP too before generating the report.
