Have you fixed the bug so that I can scroll down on the RecallChek page?  If so, what version do I need?  Thanks.

Right now I have Brand, Model, and Serial # all on one line in my report. Will this still be possible? or does each need to be on a separate line to populate the template?

Eric, yes, 3.2.3 is out and in the beta section that has the fix.

They need to be separate narratives. If that was the only thing in that section of the report you could use the bullet feature for example that puts all the comments on one line in the report.

It took a little rearranging of my template, but I got it done.

Ok, great! Did you test it with 3.2.3?

I have not submitted a RecallChek with it yet, but I have the template set up.
