Hi Rick.

Well, in playing with HIP, I already messed something up

I filled in the clients info, and saved and now I can't do anything with generate report and can't get rid of client info.
Man, I'll never learn how to use this thing.

When I click generate report, it says dave in document1pdf or something else and can't delete that either.
Says cannot find acrod32, whatever the hell that means. 

Now I can't even print a blank report.

Any help would be nice.

If you're just trying to print as template, use mine from above.

You can get rid of the client info, but you don't have to.

To print your own template simply start over like you were doing a new report. 

Check the boxes (in report options) to print even if no comments selected.

When you generate report, you can change the name in the "save" box to whatever you want.

Not much luck, and why does everything I want to print a window opens asking me where to save the darn thing/

Sounds like you don't have Acrobat on your new computer. Go to www.adobe.com and download Adobe Acrobat. Then try generating the report again.

It asks to save because when you go to print you're actually creating a PDF file which is saved in case you want to email it or print it off later. It then will open up in Acrobat and you can print it.

Do I need all of these?

Got it to view the blank HIP and printing problem was I had to pull down the drop menue and click on my printer.
Well, one more obstacle for me overcome.
