Congrats on the CMI , you deserve it!

When you copy a section like the bedroom it'll ask for the new page name which appears at the top of the page on the report. You can name them like Master Bedroom, Downstairs East Bedroom, etc. It does not duplicate the comments the are selected, just the possibilities.

I'm not sure what template you're using but the default has a Heat/AC page under Utilities.

I need to than Billy for his support on that one to have been approved and accepted.

One more dumb question;

Once I download batched photos and start in the captions and don't finish, can I save like I do on the report and then come back and resume where I left off?
I do this at night, and once I start, I might not be able to finish in the allotted time that I have.

Yup! When you click Save Inspection it saves everything, including the photos and the captions.
