No problem. Just don't forget to click Save Inspection. I tell guys to click Save Inspection and save as Smith1, Smith2 as you save every 20 minutes or so for the first inspection or two. This way if you make a mistake you can just restart the program, click Open Inspection and choose the last time you saved.

Well, I am really going to have to try it now, just picked up another HI, for Sunday.

Well, I have managed to add basement to the default template.
Now I got a buch of items at the top on the horizontal header.

How do I add items vertically adjacent to the good fair etc. column to choose as black or red?

Click on Edit Comments, then click on the Add button on the left. The latest template by the way which is Residential Template 1, includes a basement, but of course you can add one to any template you have!
