Gotcha. You want to Save Inspection and Save Template to help in the future as well as generate the report to make your PDF.

Ran into a snag on bedrooms, changed to template to master bedroom, bedroom 2, and bedroom3, under location, but when I highlight bedroom 2 the info for master bedroom just comes back.

How do I do this?

Appreciate any help.

I will continue to other locations in the meantime.

Hey Marcel,

There's 2 ways to do bedrooms and bathrooms. Once way is to do them all on one page, the other is a separate page for each. You can click on Edit Template, click Bedroom and click copy multiple times if you want separate pages. The other is to select the locations on the first page, then add a number after the comments. This keeps the report shorter and creates a legend at the top. How you want it, is up to you. Some guys switch methods depending on how bad the house is.

No problem Sometimes when you run into houses with a TON of problems it's easier to duplicate the section. But it's always up to you.

If you duplicate won't it show the same coments as the first and be confusing as to what room it is in?
And yes this one is bad. Why can't I get the easy ones ;D

Now I need a plumbing section, this template does not have one nor does is have a regular furnace section.
Any ideas where to get a break down of items for those.?

I know I am a pain, but sure am learning a lot in using this software.

By the way, I got my CMI certificate in the mail yesterday, kind of proud to get it. Thanks to Billy help out.
