4. How much extra for a pool: We have almost no pools here
5. How much extra for a radon inspection: $ 150.00
6. How much extra for a termite inspection: N/A Locally, Licensed exterminators do these.
7. How far are you willing to drive before charging extra: 50 miles
8. How much would you charge to drive outside that range: $ .35/mile

Dom, I am very interested in being involved in this. I do not offer Termite, Pool or Radon. But those seem to be the average fees in this area.

4. How much extra for a pool: - $100.00 with home inspection (Certified Pool Inspector) Can't inspect if I can't see the bottom.
5. How much extra for a radon inspection: - Not offered
6. How much extra for a termite inspection: - Not Licensed
7. How far are you willing to drive before charging extra: - 60 Miles
8. How much would you charge to drive outside that range: - $0.50 per mile.

Just a reminder most bank owned houses, do not have the power or water on. In my area they have been winterized.

5. Radon not offered.
6. Termites not offered. (too cold for them in Northern Mi.!!)
7. 100 miles round trip
8. $1/mile over the 100 mile round trip

Currently not a HIP user but will go for the three month trial.
