1.  What state are you in: MINNESOTA
2. Looking at the AVERAGE price per inspector in your area, what is their price per square foot: $8.50 - $9.50 Base fee up to 2500 sq.ft. is $300.00
3. How much extra for a crawlspace: I currently do not have a fee for this as in Minnesota there aren’t many crawl space basements. Estimation for just crawlspace would be $100.00  lower if part of total inspection.
4. How much extra for a pool: $75.00 depending on size
5. How much extra for a radon inspection: $110.00  -  $130.00
6. How much extra for a termite inspection: Do not have
7. How far are you willing to drive before charging extra: 50 miles around trip
8. How much would you charge to drive outside that range: $1.00 per mile
