TOPIC: ISN not syncing

My biggest bitch is the fact that it simply does not generate a complete list of reports that have yet to be completed .
Often times the report I'm desiring to download the client info from is not in the generated list from ISN....
Go to my ISN reports page....there it is with a big blue check mark to the right...(Incomplete report)

Kevin, the proxy that they'll setup like they did for Travis is what will allow the list to show up. If all reports that are supposed to show up, don't, you need to contact ISN. HIP just pulls the list directly from them. I'll direct Chris to this thread to see if he knows why all reports aren't showing, I'm guessing your footprints need to be reset.

Yep 3 reports in the past 24 hrs are "no show" on the list ..
I'm too damn busy to call them through the day and my secretary
is in Hawaii...grrr

Kevin, I had Chris check last night and he said you only had 3 reports upcoming and they all showed. Are all your inspections under one inspector, or do you have other inspectors?

So do you have to import before the time of the inspection? I had one that didn't show up in the list, I had already done the inspection. So after downloading mobile, I had to type all information in.
