TOPIC: ISN not syncing

Sorry but this is not representative of what we see on our end...
currently one inspector..me
Only one of the incomplete inspections showed the last time I tried to use
it yesterday and Saturday .

I've since completed the inspections after having to manually insert all the info
but I'm used to that so no biggie....


Any Inspection that is accompanied by a blue check mark and in an incomplete status
as in , no report having been uploaded as of yet should be generated on the list .

This simply does not occur...

I'm scaling back this week and may grab a ticket and go meet my Office gal in Hawaii
I need a break .... 

Kevin, please go to Inspections --> My Footprints in ISN. Then look and see which inspections have the word YES by them. Those are the ones that should show up in HIP. Please let me know if that's the case for you.

Dom, I'm having this same issue. I do have HIP 4.0.4 and my inspections on ISN are not marked as "completed" but they are not showing up in my list of inspection from which to import data.

If I go to ISN, change the date to a day in the future and then change it right back, then HIP sees it. Right now I have two inspections with ISN, one is three days old, the other two, and only the one which I just did the above mentioned date change has a footprint.

Any thoughts? Is this an ISN issue? They didn't understand my issue and sent me links on "how to upload a report".

Are the inspections showing under Inspections->Footprints in ISN?

Yes, but only the ones which I just did the above mentioned date change to will have a footprint. The footprint disappears in about 24 hours.

Okay, you need to talk to ISN then. HIP will only show whatever shows in the footprint area.
