TOPIC: ISN not syncing

I'm on the 90 day trial of Inspection Support Network, and WOW! Unbelievable how much this system will do!!! But I am trying to sync to my HIP and no go. I have put my username, password and company key all in to HIP and when I click Import Data From ISN, it gives me a message saying cannot connect to ISN, check your stuff. I am connected to the internet, have the correct information, not sure why? I am really excited to roll this out, but have to know how everything works before doing so, so any help would be much appreciated.

Also, I was wondering how it exactly works after all of this is fixed. Once you click "Download Data" then what. I haven't seen where you can connect on mobile, and you can't upload an inspection from the desktop, so how do you go about integrating everything? Does this action create an inspection on desktop from the info put into ISN? Would I merge the mobile inspection into the created inspection so I don't have to type in again? Does it somehow automatically do it for you? Just wanting to work all of this out so I can get everything together. Thanks again for all of your help.

Hi Travis,

You import the data to the desktop after you've brought the inspection from mobile, to the desktop.

Contact ISN Support and ask them to setup a proxy for HIP. This is something that won't be needed for HIP 4 but some recent ISN changes require it until we finish the update.

I've had this problem so many times I gave up ....
I was told by ISN that it's Dom in the middle of an update on his end
I'm in shock since it does this to me every day ...

I guess Dom is a real busy guy ....

Haven't had the problem since ISN set my proxy up. All seems to be fine.

Ill check into it...I'd love to see it work ...
I like ISN and so does my office gals who use it
