TOPIC: What Ratings Do You Use?

Like I said before, sometimes I am working on a specialized template and need the wording in my default / normal working template.  There are some things in some templates that I do not want or would not use in a general home inspection template.

I am sworn to secrecy.  But did you notice that Blue Balls wasn't at the conference.....  just sayin... 

Dominic...I just had a idea!...(Brainstorm). Personally, I have 4 templates I use.

Single family, Large Homes, Commercial/Industrial, and multi-units.

My single family template has 3 Heatings systems & 3 AC's all under HVAC.  Under BATHROOMS I have 5 baths.
My Large Homes just has more!

What If we could add a narrative to say 1st Bath sink....and your could check box that narrative to be populated across all baths on multiple templates?

Already on the to-do list. HIP 1.0 actually did this 8 years ago but at the time it always did this and guys complained so it was removed.

See...you always have someone complaining:)...wow I didn't know HIP has been around that long.

I started it in February 2004. First usable version was towards the end of that year.

That year I was taking a licensing class.
