Just fixed it for you. Looks like you were copying all the code from the page itself, rather than just copying the code from the email. I'd also suggest moving your menu up on the right side. It's so far down people might leave the page before seeing it.

OK Dom I moved the menu up, check it out, and let me know what you think, and thanks for fixing the credit card page.

It looks good, and thanks for the comment. Most of the guys using the CC have been fine as they had services before that were still twice as much or more than what they're paying now. And I understand the guys that are frustrated, it stinks to have fees go up. But we do everything we can to prevent it, and they understand that. Our server costs all went up at the beginning of this year so we raised the website hosting from $20 to $25 for new people only. All the old accounts were left at the old price even though it means less profit than before. It's more important to me that everyone's happy with what they get!

Ok, it looks like the bank finally finished setting up the system so PCI Compliance can be billed at $9.95 a month rather than $120 for the year. This would make the monthly $15 total rather than $5 like it was before. This is MUCH cheaper than anyone else. I talked to Dale Duffy today who is paying $59 a month before processing one card through his account.

Jeff & Jay are trying to see if they can get people who have already paid, refunded then set up on the monthly. I'll keep you guys updated. All new accounts will automatically have the option.
