Is this a mandatory survey? Who sent the email? I will have to search outlook and see if it is in my email.

You would have received it by snail mail ( I know I got it 4 or 5 times, a few by postcard ). The emails would have been from First National Merchant Solutions. It is mandatory to fill out to comply with the new Visa/MC/Discover standards. Quite a few of our users have already gone through it. If you have any questions on it just let me know.

Can I float a question here.  As I'm in the process of signing up with First National Merchant solutions, I'm interested to know if you all agree, that your business has benefitted by having a credit card facility, or would you have done equally as well by insisting on checks or cash?

I have not received anything, or at least do not remember receiving anything. How can I make sure I get this done? Just call them?

I think it helps; it gives your client another option that may not be available from another inspector.
