Well, then I have no way to complete the compliance through the page that you posted. I try to sign up and it says my info is not recognized. I guess I will have to call them.

Yes, I believe so. Give them a call and ask about that and the business info. I still haven't had time to get us compliant, which I need to do soon.

I use Costco's program for my CC processing.  $20 min monthly fee, 1.9% and .25 per card.
So a $350 charge will cost me 6.65 +.25 = $6.90 This amount credits toward the $20 monthly fee.  So if I have 3 more charges for the same amount I will pay $27.60 in fees for that month.

Keep in mind that all of the fee's are tax deductible as a business expense.

Costco goes through  ELAVON (use to be Nova), they are the nations largest processor of CC's.

Sorry, I did not realize that HIP has their own CC program.  I should have read the first post!! :-[

Hey Scott,

It's no problem. We don't make money of the CC processing, it's just to help our guys out. So feel free to discuss other options.  We spent 6 months working out a deal with a bunch of different banks before we got one we liked. Then made it so guys could take cards on their cell phone, and websites. There's no minimum transaction fee with the deal we got (one of the perks). There's always been a $5 per month service charge, and now there's $10 for PCI complaince, so it's still just $15 a month which is good.
