2nd client is coming. How did you want 2nd Realtor to work? Would it be the same Realtor with a 2nd email address, or for the other real estate agent?

Other agents, since there are sometimes 2 agents in the same office involved and each would like the report.

Dominic I am actually surprised this has not come up before but can we get rid of the term "add an agent"in the address book ?

I often have unmarried couples with separate email address's and Brokers,Lawyers or other interested parties that are not Agents whom I need to place in the address book in order to create a double send.

It's come up to add clients into the address book which will be added. I want to make sure to differentiate between agents & clients for exporting and marketing purposes.

Dom why would that matter unless you have an export feature that lets us exports clients and Agents out of java and into an email program?

Because there already is an export feature and you don't want to fill the Agent drop down box on the Client Info page with 10x as many people!
