Bob, you don't need to add a comment to the left if you don't plan on keeping it. Add a blank comment to the top of your list, then add that to black/red and double click it to edit it. Then it only exists on the black/red side. No need for it to exist on the left.

I see what you're saying about having a master library. It's been considered a few times, the question comes in with HIP's flexibility. How do you handle adding a comment if the section doesn't exist or has been renamed? A LONG time ago we had global electrical comments rather than allowing guys to change them per room. Guys complained they had a different set of electrical for a bathroom versus an attic and didn't want to see an overflow. Definitely something to keep thinking about, just need a better implementation method.

I missed (forgot) the pool info. I have a section made for pools but it is under exterior. I would like a notification that comes up to warn you of missed sections,tabs, whatever. Maybe when you click on "generate report" either a warning comes up stating that all sections are not filled out or the tab that was not touch blinks red or something. Or all tabs stay red until you have clicked on that particular tab, this would also help for reports that are not completed yet. Ex. You are working on a report and get called away. You come back 3 hours later and do not remember what section you were in. Now you have to search until you find where you were. If the tabs were a certain color or had some kind of distinguishing mark on them, you could just locate the last tab and continue filling out the report. I have sent out a report with out the pool info and then had to go back and  amended the report by clicking on the "select sections" and click the pool/spa box. Then re-email the report.

What about an up arrow and a down arrow to move a comment from the red to black section or the other way around.  Now if I decide to move a comment up from red, I cut it to the clipboard, delete it from the red section, add a comment box to the black section and paste.
A click on an arrow would be much nicer.  The need to move a comment may not arise often but if it doesn't involve hours of writing code, this may make a valuable option.

I would like to have the caption field under the photographs expand as more gets type in it.  I use it not only for a few words caption but also for longer explanation.
