Neither did I Glad you found it Mike! What do you think I should make the default in HIP? I'm thinking the #3 with the Show Buttons, but what do you think?

#3 makes sense as default

Does not matter to me but that would be fine since we have the options

I like the new drop down option in the Selection panel  - it will be a great help in weeding out of many lines
One improvement would be great to do = when selecting from the drop down box , box has only 8 lines displayed - it would be good to display as many comments as it fits on the window/screen. This would eliminate unnecessary clicks/scrolling, looking for the right comment. It would not interfere with anything else, since you cannot do anything until the drop down is closed.

Pics option is nice, although I am not planning on using it at this time, so opting in/out is great. I generally do the written part of the report, then batch import only the selected pics (50+/-) from my temp folder. I then edit those at the end. Seems to work the best for me.

PS - I would still like an option to highlight/change color/bold individual comments before, or after they have been moved over into the damage panel. Before would probably be preferred so that they could be saved into the template. Thanks again

Thanks for letting me know it only lists 8 items, I did not notice that! I'll check it out.

I think some people will use the photo feature a lot, others won't. Just personal style. I'd set it to option 3, swap with red/black. That way everything looks normal but in case you did want it, it's there.

Yes, I think so too. I like option #3 - toggle. I can see myself using it in the future, but I will have to change my routine - do the pics first and then the report. The only disadvantage with that is, that you do not have selected comments, so you cannot tag the pics with those. It would be good to be able to double click the pic to open it for editing from that pane - within the report, then we could easily add comments after we move them over.
I also like the reminder - if you forget to select the drop down box choice
