What is supposed to happen in swap with red and black?

I get no photos at all.

Looks the same as OFF

The first go is only to assign categories to each photo.

Try it.

After that you go back to the report and select comments.

Then back to the photo to use the drop down to select the comment for the photo and add and photo text or graphics.

I probably only use added graphic or text on 25% of the photos or less. It doesn't take long to draw an arrow or circle something.

I haven't viewed on of your reports yet but I will.

Mike you are suggesting going back to the 200-300 photos I take twice?

You say you use CTRL in your files to pick the report pictures but while that may work for you I would rather load all so they are available in the future if needed.Bear in mind that you do not need to include all in the report but having them there for future reference is better in case something should ever happen to your home computer files.
If you have the upload service they will not ever get lost.

I do not want to deal with 200 plus photos inside of HIPro. It would take forever.

It only takes 10 minutes to select out the photos I want in the report. I do either print at the end or not included them as i go through them in HIPro but I am usually only dealing with 50 or less.

Bob, set HIP to photo option 3, then do your screen shot again.

OK Dom it makes the red black comments not visible to see they went in properly unless you do more clicking plus they are still stuck on the right side of the screen (ech!)
Notice also that only two of the three photos are showing making you need to remember to scroll or you will forget to write a comment.You may think there are only two comments instead of three.

Way to actually make this useful is if you can add the comments to the picture from here.That would turn it around and actually do something to save time. (Hint)

(quick unrelated comment) My computer allows me to see pictures enlarged by resting the mouse pointer on them but that feature does not work in this forum for some reason)

Drag and drop onto the picture for instance or ability to have a caption box right there rather than go back and forth.

Did you close then reopen

Mike, you have to have photos in that section. You'll also need to change to another tab after changing the option then come back and it'll reload that tab.
