TOPIC: Upload Service - Report Viewing Notification - IMPORTANT

Hi Guys,

This is an important topic. I hope to get a lot of you guys to weigh in with opinion. I'm finishing up the first stage of the system that will email you each time an agent or client views your report. I will also be setting it up so that a log of the viewings including the time, who viewed it (agent or client), etc. I need to know what else you want to see added. Here is a sample of the email you would receive. Let me know what you think! The client email would be the same.

Hi {Inspector Name}

Agent: {Agent Name} has just viewed the report you uploaded regarding:

Client: {Client Name}

Time Agent Viewed Report: {Time Viewed}

Property Address: {Address Inspected}

I would like the option of having the signature line have my name and company.
maybe even a custom sig line option.

By the way. New features already planned to be added to report uploads:

1. Credit Card Processing
2. Block viewing of reports before payment
3. Ability to delete reports
4. Set length of time agent/client can view report (won't affect length of time you can look it up).

I think you're talking about the email sent to the client. Here I'm referring an email that's being sent to YOU when a client views the report.

Right now the email being sent to the client already has your name and company. As of yesterday, the replyto address is yours as well (see other post in this board). I do have a custom signature, plus custom content in the works for the emails that notify the client and agent.
