Dom you are tireless my friend. Good work. I too as Russ will wait a bit on the report upload. As you know, I don't do a enough to go with the CC option but will wait and see when you add the PayPal option. Thanks for the long hours and effort you put into this project. We are definately benefitting from all this. I truly appreciate it.

I'm glad I've been able to provide you guys with everything I can. I have many more great ideas that you have all given me and they will continually be added. Home Inspector Pro will definitely continue to be a grow and it's all you inspectors that make it like a large extended family.

Agreed, my letter could be a document - in fact, it is, right after the cover page.
But I've always sent it as a cover letter in the email, as it's important info (as far as I'm concerned) & I don't trust anyone to completely read their report.

I don't want you to do the letter thing only on my acct, Dom, as I'm still a bit old fashioned and am not convinced I'll be doing the up load feature, at least for a while; I've never used NACHI's, for that matter.

I still feel comfy with direct email without a middleman, and - I may be completely wrong on this - feel it's just one more possible complication.  Then again, I detest power windows in a vehicle for the same reason.  Complications of being a dinosaur that doesn't get TV reception in the mtns for the past few years, I guess . . .

You could add a brief comment line as to why they are viewing your materials.

You can see me.Dude!  I just meant that when people want to contact you mabey they have a comment or question they wish to ask or share. Then you can be prepared with a response or mabey you wish not to respond. Just a thought. Are you getting any sleep yet?
