TOPIC: Customer Satisfaction Survey

Dominic, I am thinking the method for creating field sets would be similar to creating a link category. The problem is I do not see where to create the field set.

How is this working for you so far?  Don't want to be a negative Ghost Rider, but I just don't see many of your customers returning to your site after the inspection to fill this out.

I use the NACHI survey and give it to my customer before each inspection.  I try to get them to fill it out but if they don't, I wont honor my 200% guarantee.  That is one of my criteria for my clients to receive my 200% guarantee.

Drew the fieldset is just another type like textarea.

The survey is only a day old and I think if you were to e-mail them the link to the survey with their report they might just do it. If they do then it will probably help SEO also, if they don't the there's another idea down the toilet!

I've seen other inspectors email the clients the survey after the inspection and they get about 25% return which I think is pretty good. Make sure to add a 'testimonial' field and note that it will be used on your website along with their first name and last name initial.
