I have a horrible habit of forgetting to export in jpg format. I guess it's because after spending many hours doodling you just want it to be over. lol

Thanks for explanation, at first I was confused, but now I see what you're saying. The image I've thrown up is a mix between a beta head I made just for kicks and a blank image so I could see what's behind it. Never know, might be something I can work with. Anyhow, back to getting my header just right, and then I can start uploading all the content I've been writing out. (I remember, plain text first)

Oh, quick question, how long does it usually take to get the uploading/credit card going? I'm thinking I will be finished with the site sometime by this weekend, so I will probably hit you up about that around then.

It takes the bank 7-10 business days to process the credit card application. The upload service you can enable right away. Go to our site, click on Account Profile and enable it and enter your website address. Sending clients to your site to pick up the report is a HUGE business boost as when they forward the link to their friends they are seeing much more than just the report. Then they bookmark your site

Quick question, are the default graphics on sites open to modification? I ask because I've seen a graphic on another theme I would like to modify and add to mine.

Well, I've just finished the graphic for the middle banner and I cannot seem to load it in. I add the image, it is the same dimensions, however nothing changes once I have done so.

Try holding shift+refresh, your page may be cached. What is you site address?

I see the graphics at the top with the shield and images of landmarks. I like the logo. Are you wanting to change the image below?
