TOPIC: New Stationery

I am a new HIP user and have a blank cover page except for the footer when I generate report.  I have a cover photo selected and a pdf. stationary loaded.  Why is my cover page blank?  I am using the Residential Template 1.  Am I missing a button or a formatting check box?  Please help.

What PDF viewer are you using to view the PDF? Can you post a copy of the PDF here so that we can take a look?

Have you tried to do it without stationery just to see what happens?
You may have the stationery messed up.

I am using Reader, which is on my ASUS laptop.  I had success opening it with Adobe Reader.  Problem solved...

I just started with the stationery. I added my info; address, lic #, etc at the bottom of the cover page. By defualt that info shows up in its normal place. Trying to figure out how or where to go to remove it from the defualt templete so that only the info I added shows up on the cover. Any help would be greatly apperciated.

Remove it from the Edit->Company Information section of HIP.
