No need for a special template. You will just need some different narratives for the difference in construction. Treat it like any other home and be happy you won't have an attic to inspect and almost everything in the crawlspace will be hidden by the transportation barrier.

There is nothing sweeter than the smell of fresh cut grass on a baseball infield, the click of a wooden bat and the taste of a hot dog at a warm sunny daytime double-header.

It the same as any other.
With this exception...

Hi Brad, I briefly reviewed your template and here is my two cents.

Page 1, a) midway down where it says "when having any work done" replace the done with performed;
b) the word "tacitly", I would use a more simple word or remove it;
c) The last sentence that starts with "Note", I don't think it's necessary, you've already mentioned what is in RED the comment above.

Page 4, a) line 4, place a space between &adjacent;
b) 3\4 down where it says "all downspouts terminate at least 4 feet (away) from the foundation";
c) the spacing between the sentences is greater than the other pages;
d) the font on the last sentence is smaller than the rest of the page.

Page 5, the font on this page appears smaller than the rest of the template, I suggest using 12 as a font size. You want the reader to be able to read comfortably, no matter if the report is long.

Page 9, a) midway down where it says "Once the current occupant's belongings have been removed", say and you'll return to further inspect those areas, and leave the rest of that paragraph out. You can say you'll return at no additional cost, it will show you care to inspect it and want to do a good job for the client.
b) towards the bottom, "CO detectors should be hardwired with a battery backup", that one I don't know if it's a requirement in your area to have both?

Page 13, a) mid way down where it says "Some thin cracking" I would use hairline cracking;
b) where it says " Cracks should be monitored regularly "future?" or do you mean for?

Page 17, a) spacing between sentences is greater than most of the template;
b) the font on the last paragraph is smaller than the rest of the page.

Page 19, a) "Materials" is almost a repeat of the Attic section on page 17;
b) "General Grading" same here, it's on Exterior Areas page. The Pictures and Descriptions I would put on the Introduction page. Structures, I would put on the Structure page, if you have one.

Otherwise, it looks pretty good, but before you make any changes to your template make a copy of it so you don't lose what you have already.

Also, pages 19 and 20 have a large margin on the left, not sure why.

I live in Florida. We have a 4point inspection and wind mitigation. Does anyone have a short template already filled out That I can take and use? The one in the software is so large I need one that is shorter. Thanks for your reply Jim

Looks good Roy. Can you tell me how you change the sub-header info? For example in your report, A/C and Heating section has a little blurb under the header, but not part of the "Conditions".

I can't figure out how to customize this area.

Thanks,
Brian
