Is it just me or all the templates above outdated? I get Error 0 on all of them.

I had a Member ask me for my commercial template and could not open it.
I also tried in my files and it would not open.

I got a new computer a few weeks ago and it is giving me a hard time. I had to download an old version of HIP to get my client data back.

Not quite sure what is going on.
