TOPIC: List of Inspector Submitted Templates and Sample Reports

Im looking for a short simple report. just covering the electrical Hvac plumbing roof and a area for a few photos. 1-2 pages long at most. Does anyone have any samples? thanks.

Grab the Texas template and turn off the sections you don't want.

Hey Dominic officially as of yesterday, the Texas report form has changed.

Not exactly. As of yesterday a new form was approved (TREC 7-3). You cannot start using the new form until 1/1/14.

Hi All, I am taking the system out for a Test drive....Would anyone have an Template that follows the ASHI Standards? (.tpz) file that they would like to share. I tried Scott's  (A Fellow ASHI Guy, Thanks )  but its missing the descriptive Required and Recommendations that i use.
I have downloaded some large Templates but I need each choice to fit on a 4 to 5 inch screen phone ( IPad too bulky)  I got very nervous scrolling looking for items while every watching me during the inspection.  Willing to pay for the right template  ;D (:  Thanks John G .Long Island NY.

Hi Joh,

All of our templates follow ASHI Standards.  Don't forget you can search on the top of the iPhone to make finding comments extremely quickly.

Do you mean Scott Patterson whose on the ASHI Board? If his template is up to speed I don't know whose would be!
