What do you think offering this type of inspection be worth? I believe everyone that's part of the NiFast program received the email. I've gotten several calls from them as well, asking how things are going...they're looking for feedback as much as we are.
I posed the pricing question on another place here, but haven't heard anything more on it.

That was one of my questions Casey, how much do we charge for this and should it be offered as an ancillary service or offer to do it at the same time of the HI. ?
If done at the same time, it would probably add an hour to the inspection and an hour of report time. If done seperate, would envolve an extra trip and/or done by itself.
